Extraction for 36 hours and fermentation at controlled temperature.
A delicate pomegranate-red with an intense nose of red berries. Rich, fruity and crispy taste, with the characteristic of cherry marmalade. Preferably, it is enjoyed the year it is released, although sometimes it can offer another year of enjoyment.
