Quality sparkling wine
The grapes for the production of the sparkling wine Amalia Rose come from selected vineyards in the Asprokampos region of Nemea. Harvest takes place in mid-September.
Wine and Wine-making
For the production of the base wine, grapes are harvested at an early stage where they are lightly unripe with a low potential alcoholic strength and high natural acidity.
Traditional method is used with the second fermentation in the bottle.
An elegant, sparkling wine with soft pink and copper highlights. Ribbon of fine bubbles with strength and durability. Notes of a distinguished nose of cherry, while the discreet presence of yeast completes the set.
