Amalia Vintage
A single-vintage premium sparkling wine, vinification under the philosophy of Champagne with delicate aromas of citrus fruit but also intense character of on-the-lees ageing with biscuit, toasty and creamy notes.
Winemaking
Early harvest of the best quality grapes during the best vintages. Whole-cluster pressing and subsequent fermentation at low temperature. The traditional method is applied with a second fermentation in the bottle under controlled conditions, where the wine remains in contact with its lees for about 2 years. After riddling and disgorgement the addition of liquer d’expedition is the final step of vinification before bottling.
Taste features
