Yiannis Tselepos

Owner – Producer

My relationship with the vine and the wine is vital and fulfilling and thus I believe it has made me a wiser and better as a whole. Enchanted from the start by the ecosystem of Arcadia, I got involved with the variety of Moschofilero. This is the variety that I rescued from oblivion, by vinifying it in a mono-varietal way that highlights all its unique characteristics. Through the experience that I gained out of my involvement with the Moschofilero variety, I decided to continue my vinification endeavors with two varieties that I love as much, the Agiorgitiko and Assyrtiko in the very place where they were first produced, thus submitting my own proposal for the absolute expression of their terroir.

Panagiotis Smyrniotis

Oenologist & Winery Manager

As a child of the Arcadian land, I learnt the secrets of the vineyard from an early age, as I have also been a vine grower. Carrying over 30 years of experience and being in charge of the whole production in Ktima Tselepos where I have participated since its foundation, I get a feeling of fulfillment, every time I supervise the new harvest and follow the life cycle of the product, from the creation of the first vine stem until the shipping of the very last of wine from the winery.

Amalia Tselepou

Human Resources Manager

My relationship with the Arcadian Land is indestructible since I was born and spent my childhood there. I feel both lucky and blessed to return frequently, thus enjoying the nature of my birthplace through the magnificent landscape of the estate’s vineyards and interpreting the ritual of the nature and the vines over the different seasons. I particularly cherish the nights we share with our beloved ones, the pleasure that the divine present of our land offers us; the treasure of each bottle, sitting around the table with love and cheerfulness! As mentioned in the Bible, “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also”.

Aris Tselepos

Quality Control Manager – Wine Maker

Even though I grew up in the wine industry, my deep love for it was developed gradually through the knowledge and the magic of my first vintages. Having worked abroad and more specifically in wineries in USA and New Zealand, I feel that I am capable of creating wines that combine the European tradition with innovation inspired from the New World, thus preserving and promoting the Greek varieties which so deserve recognition.

Andriani Tselepou

Communications Manager

Having grown up in the vineyards, my love for wine was inevitable. Having completed my studies in Communication, Social Psychology and Marketing, I make efforts to apply my knowledge in this remarkable field of wine. I believe that through the right presentation of the Greek wine in the digital media, greek winemakers will be able to create a strong brand name inside and outside of Greece.

Yiannis Sivris

Oenologist

For me, wine is a way of life. So that a good wine is produced, a combination of practical experience that is gradually acquired and deep knowledge of the complex chemical reactions that take place in the wine is essential. Having started the first vinification that the estate launched, my main objective throughout all these years was to maintain the same standards of quality in each wine, regardless of the production increase, something which I consider that has been successfully achieved.

Vasilis Lolis

Αgriculturist

I studied agriculture and I learnt about all the physiological processes that occur in the vines, yet I strongly believe that the real knowledge derives from the daily contact with the vine. The difficulty but also the magic of viticulture is that every plant is unique. With over 20 years of involvement in the Estate dealing with the same vines, the same soil and having experienced the harshness of weather conditions in all their range, I am in position to take all the necessary actions in order to provide the winery with the best possible, high quality raw material, which will be subsequently reflected in the wine produced.

Eleni Kostaki

Supply Chain and Hospitality Manager

Being a Greek that grew up in the USA, I acquired from an early age a culture which would allow me to successfully communicate to other people the importance of local products and the history that lies behind them. Through my job, I have the opportunity and the pleasure to convey the secrets and the history of the Estate to our visitors, while at the same time I closely collaborate with our customers in over 15 countries, thus contributing on my part to the promotion of the Estate and of the greek wine, as a whole, in the international market.

Angeliki Toutouzi

Head of HORECA

My love for wine, which I developed from an early age in my grandpa’s restaurant, led me to study oenology. In Ktima Tselepos, the knowledge that I acquired from my studies help me to promote our products, while at the same time I have the opportunity to impart the oenological philosophy to a new generation of consumers. From my perspective, the relationship that I have created with the network of distributors and the points of sale is vital for the economical prosperity of the company. The market may be very harsh but I have learnt to cope with all the challenges!
